Citrus aurantifolia

形态描述：小乔木。分枝多不规则，刺粗而短。叶稍硬，有短小但明显的翼叶；叶片阔卵形或椭圆形，长5—8厘米，宽2—4厘米，顶端钝或甚短尖，基部圆，叶缘有细钝裂齿。总状花序，有花多达7朵，稀单花腋生；花萼浅杯状，5—4浅裂；花瓣5、稀4片，质地略厚，长1—1.2厘米，白色；雄蕊20—25枚；花柱甚短，约与柱头等长，子房圆球形，柱头大。果柄粗而短，果圆球形、椭圆形或倒卵形，径通常4—5厘米，果顶有乳头状短突尖，果皮薄，平滑，淡绿黄色，油胞凸起，瓢囊9—12瓣，果肉味甚酸；种子小且少，卵形，种皮平滑，子叶乳白色花期3—5月，果期9—10月。 染色体数 X=9, 2n=18, 27。
