形态描述：块茎较小，近椭圆形，长4-7毫米，宽3-6毫米。茎长15-30厘米，基部有膜质鞘。叶1枚，生于茎下部，直立或近直立，叶片圆筒状，近轴面具1纵槽，长16-33厘米，宽2-3毫米，下部约1/5抱茎。总状花序长2.5-5厘米，通常具10余朵花；花苞片狭卵状披针形，长1-2毫米；花梗很短，连同子房长2-3.5毫米；花绿色或淡绿色；中萼片宽椭圆形，长约2毫米；宽约1.5毫米，先端钝，多少兜状，直立；侧萼片近长圆形或狭椭圆形，长约1.5毫米，宽约0.8毫米；花瓣狭长圆形，长约1.2毫米，宽约0.5毫米，先端钝；唇瓣近狭椭圆形舌状，长1.5-2毫米，宽约1.2毫米，稍肉质，无距，近基部两侧各有1个胼胝体；蕊柱极短，顶端有2个耳状物。蒴果椭圆形，长约4毫米，宽2-2.5毫米。花果期5-6月或8-9月（台湾）。
